Help HART Help Cats & Kittens
Here are additional ways to support HART’s life saving efforts. Some of them won’t even cost you a dime!
Collect Cans
- Save your aluminum and steel (tin) food cans and lids (from both human food and animal food!).
- Remove all labels and clean any food remains from the inside and lid.
- Bag the aluminum separately from the steel (tin) – how do you know which is which? Hold a magnet up to the can or lid. If it sticks, that is steel or tin. If it doesn’t stick, it’s aluminum.
- Email HARTrescue10@gmail.com for a drop-off location.
Donate Used Items
- Bring your unwanted household items (books, clothes, decor, toys,…) to Community Aid and give them the code “10416.” They make a monetary donation to HART for every pound of donations you drop off!
- NOTE: Donations must be taken to Community Aid (not put in the bins in parking lots).
